With over 20 years of expertise in green power management, Si-Power is harnessing the superior electron mobility and thermal conductivity of wide-bandgap semiconductors to shrink components and supercharge power density in fast chargers and home appliances.

In consumer fast charging, their pioneering SP9477 series (featuring an integrated 700V/380mΩ SiC MOSFET) has been widely adopted by over 20 mainstream OEMs, delivering a stunning 94.29% efficiency at 20V output while passing brutal 20KV ESD and 4KV surge testing with zero avalanche risk.

Paired with the SP9857E digital-analog hybrid flyback controller—which leverages patented Cap-Less digital control and adaptive CCM—developers can drastically cut down bulk capacitor size. The result is a fanless 65W adapter that keeps full-load temperature rises under 91.4℃, shrinking PCBA footprints and streamlining EMI design.

Beyond mobile chargers, Si-Power is scaling up for industrial and appliance power systems, bringing their SiC tech and 6035-series single/three-phase IPM half-bridge drivers to washing machines and AC units. These high-integration, high-reliability solutions are fortifying the company's consumer stronghold while paving a fast track into industrial markets.
