Innoscience, the company that established China’s first mass production line of 8-inch GaN-on-Si Power Device, showcased its GaN charger solutions at 2019 (Autumn) USB PD & Type-C Asia Expo in Shenzhen.
Larry Cheng, Vice President of Marketing, introduced Innoscience's innoGaN charger solutions after delivering his speech on the company's innoGaN solution at our seminar. Some of the GaN charger boards were teased earlier in our site.
The first one Larry showed to us was a 65W charger with a planar transformer to achive a low profile with ultra-high power density. It uses two Innoscience GaN chips.
The second one is also a 65W charger, but with a totally different form factor. All the componts are densely arranged, reaching a ultra-high power density in a very socket-frienly slender shape.
The last one is a product-ready 45W charger which is extremely compact.
