Si-power has officially announced a price increase, citing the industry-wide squeeze of raw material shortages, production bottlenecks, and surging manufacturing overheads.

While the company’s SiC and GaN series—along with select other categories—remain unaffected, the rest of its product portfolio will face a 5%–8% price hike. The new pricing structure applies to all shipments effective June 22, 2026. Silicon Power is committed to working closely with its partners to manage these escalating costs while maintaining product and service quality.
