New Asus Adol 100W GaN Charger Enjoys Quite A Popularity

Not long ago, ASUS launched a new Adol 100W GaN Charger, a fast charger with high power, multiple ports, lightness and portability.

Since most of the chargers today are in plain black and white, the Asus Adol 100W GaN charger is designed with a trendy contrast color. There is a total of three color schemes available: White+Gray, Black+Green, and Black+Gray.

It adopts foldable prongs and supports input of 100-240V 50/60Hz, with perfect compatibility in different regions.

Its size is about 75 X 61 X 29 mm (2.95 X 2.4 X 1.14 inches). Weight is about 211g (7.44 oz). Volume is about 132cm³, and power density is 0.75W/cm³, much smaller than the traditional chargers because of GaN technology.

It has three USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Either USB-C1/C2 can support up to 100W output. USB-C3 and USB-A share a circuit, and USB-C3 supports 20W PD fast charging while USB-A supports 22.5W.

The USB-C supports PD, SCP, FCP, QC, AFC, PE, etc., compatible with new and old devices and cables. The number of devices plugged in automatically adjusts the output, such as 100W, 60W+30W, 45W+20W, 65W+30W+22.5W, 45W+30W+5V4A, etc., so that up to four devices can be charged simultaneously.

In addition to the 100W GaN charger, ASUS Adol also launches a variety of cables, such as the USB-C to USB-C fast charging cable with a 5A E-Marker chip, which supports 20V5A 100W PD fast charging.
