Injoinic is driving the next wave of high-density power design with the launch of the IP2028_MQ—a compact, high-performance synchronous rectification (SR) controller that integrates a 100V/10mΩ MOSFET directly into the chip. Designed for the multi-protocol era, it is the ideal choice for developers looking to build smaller, faster, and more efficient chargers for smartphones and laptops.

By merging control logic with a low-resistance power MOSFET, Injoinic eliminates the clutter of discrete secondary-side components. Whether operating in CCM, DCM, QR, or ZVS modes, the chip intelligently adapts to optimize timing, thanks to its high-precision VDS slope detection. With a -30mV fast turn-off threshold and a 30ns delay, the chip minimizes switching waste, ensuring peak efficiency even in high-load scenarios. Featuring a 3.3V–28V input range and 0V startup, it’s built to simplify your power path, reduce BOM costs, and free up precious PCB space.
