TOLLSEMI TMI2282L

The TOLLSEMI TMI2282L integrates a switching transistor and supports a 30V input voltage with a 2.75A output current. It features an adjustable switching frequency, built-in soft start, thermal shutdown, and 100% duty cycle operation.

The TOLLSEMI TMI3351 is a synchronous buck converter that supports a 4-32V input voltage range and an adjustable 0.8-30V output voltage. It integrates a switching transistor and adopts peak current mode control. The chip offers adjustable cycle-by-cycle current limiting, a switching frequency range of 100KHz-1MHz, built-in soft start, line loss compensation, and comprehensive protection features.

The TOLLSEMI TMI3455 comes in a QFN3*3-20 package and is designed for applications requiring a highly adaptable buck regulator. Utilizing a current-mode control method, it ensures optimal transient performance. The output voltage can be programmed via the FB pin or adjusted through an I2C interface. It also features soft start, undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, average output current limiting, overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown.

TOLLSEMI TMI5700

The TOLLSEMI TMI5700 is a synchronous buck-boost controller supporting up to 34V input voltage, delivering an output voltage range of 0.6-34V with currents exceeding 10A. It adopts a peak current control mode and supports three voltage regulation methods: PWM, FB, and I2C interface voltage adjustment. The chip includes input undervoltage and overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle peak current protection, output overload protection, output overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. Additionally, it supports input and output average current limit protection, enhancing safety in automotive applications.
