Teardown of Mcdodo 65W Mini GaN Charger (2C1A) CH-152

Introduction

Recently, Mcdodo released its next-generation 65W GaN charger, which integrates the powiGaN chip from PI.
Many audiences asked us to take apart a Mcdodo charger. So, here we go.

Electrolytic Capacitor: SGEC (27μF 400V)
Master Control Chip: PI INN3378C, PI INN3365C
Electrolytic Capacitor: Junkang (10μF 50V)
SMD Y Capacitor: TRX TMY1222M
Synchronous Rectifier: AGMSEMI AGM1010
Solid Capacitor: Reloncap, Shengyang Electronics
Protocol Chip: Injoinic IP2738
VBUS MOSFET: AGMSEMI AGM306A (30V, 5.8mΩ)
