MIX-DESIGN Semiconductor has introduced the SimpleTOP MSG6800-07 Series, a cutting-edge single-chip solution for AC-DC fast charging systems. With its highly integrated digital intelligent architecture, the MSG6800-07 platform supports fast charging protocols such as PD3.1, UFCS, QC2.0/3.0, MTK-PE+, SCP, FCP, and more.

This new platform leverages SimpleGaN® technology, embedding a 700V GaN device, a 12-bit ADC and DAC, and enhanced primary-secondary isolation. The design enables multi-level accurate voltage and current control, optimized EMI reduction, and a streamlined component count for easy integration.
