JADARD's USB PD 3.1 PPS Protocol Controller: JD6610C

Introduction

JADARD has been deeply engaged in the fast-charging protocol chip industry for years, offering USB-IF and Qualcomm-certified protocol chips. Among its latest innovations, the JD6610x series features a hardware-based architecture, delivering highly efficient and intelligent fast-charging solutions. These chips are widely adopted in travel adapters, power banks, power strips, and wall chargers, gaining recognition from leading brands worldwide. 

JADARD's fast-charging chips support multiple mainstream protocols, including BC1.2, Apple 2.4A, AFC, FCP, SCP, PE, QC5, UFCS, and PD3.0/PD3.1-EPR+PPS. Designed with advanced features like intelligent power reduction and constant voltage/current control, these chips cater to diverse market needs. The JD6610x series offers an extremely cost-effective solution, with a price as low as 0.1x CNY, allowing manufacturers to achieve PD certification at minimal expense. 

JD6610C Overview

JD6610C is a simplified USB Power Delivery 3.1 SPR and Programmable Power Supply (PPS) controller chip. It supports an output current of up to 3A and is designed to meet various charging requirements efficiently. 

JADARD's USB PD 3.1 PPS Protocol Controller: JD6610C-Chargerlab

This chip integrates a CC pin for real-time detection of USB-C plug-in and removal status. It supports a VBUS voltage output range from 5V to 12V and provides a programmable 9V Prog voltage, making it ideal for USB-C charging applications such as travel adapters. 

JADARD's USB PD 3.1 PPS Protocol Controller: JD6610C-Chargerlab

JD6610C also features Constant Voltage (CV) mode, which allows high-precision voltage regulation using a voltage loop. With a reference voltage of 1.24V, it ensures stable and precise power output for demanding applications. The chip is available in a compact SOT-23-6L package, making it suitable for wall adapters, car chargers, and USB power output ports, providing an efficient power solution for various devices.
