Introduction
Recently, Lenovo released the thinkplus FLUXO 140W 20000mAh Power Bank. This power bank features industry-leading digital hybrid charging technology and sports a cyberpunk-style design that combines semi-transparent elements with a metallic finish, perfectly replicating classic design elements from Lenovo laptops. It also includes a 2.01-inch display that provides real-time monitoring of usage status and battery level.

Equipped with a high-capacity 20,000mAh battery, this power bank ensures powerful and worry-free endurance for devices during travel.

It offers three output ports—2 USB-C and 1 USB-A—with the C1 and C2 ports supporting 100W fast charging input.

Thanks to its advanced digital hybrid charging technology, the power bank can transform an original power adapter into a multi-port charger, allowing the external charger and internal battery cells to work together and deliver a total output of 140W.
It supports a wide range of mainstream fast-charging protocols, including AFC, SCP, QC, PD, and PPS, making it compatible with nearly a thousand devices on the market. Notably, it's the first power bank to integrate Lenovo’s Legion fast-charging protocol. Compared to other brands, it uniquely supports the Legion (20V/7A) and moto (20V/6.25A) protocols—enabling full-speed fast charging for Legion laptops and up to 125W charging for moto phones, with up to 140W charging for Legion laptops.
Through our teardown, we found that the device uses the iSmartWare SW3517P protocol chip. Below, we will provide a detailed introduction to its features and capabilities.
iSmartWare SW3517P

The buck protocol chip used is the iSmartWare SW3517P, a highly integrated dual-port fast charging protocol chip. It supports fast charging output from either the USB-A or USB-C port and allows for independent current limiting on both ports.
The chip integrates a 5A high-efficiency synchronous buck converter and supports multiple fast-charging protocols, including PPS, PD, QC, AFC, FCP, SCP, PE, and SFCP, as well as CC/CV modes and dual-port management logic. With only a small number of external components required, it enables the construction of a complete high-performance, dual-port fast charging solution.

Here is the information about iSmartWare SW3517P.
