High wattage chargers are getting smaller and smaller in recent years. Anker impressed us not long ago with its PowerPort Atom PD 1, and today we are stunned by an engineering sample from ZMI (Xiaomi's sub-brand focusing on mobile accessories) which is probably the world's smallest 65W charger. Let's take a quick look.
Specifications. Model: HA712. Input: 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, 1.0A. Output: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/3.25A, maximum 65W.

So does the ZMI 65W charger packs GaN technology inside? As we know GaN (Gallium Nitride) can greatly simplify the design of a charger with higher efficiency and smaller size. We will find out soon. Stay tuned!
