Boosting power density and system reliability, NOVOSENSE drives the next generation of AI server power design

At the 2026 World AI Server Power Conference, NOVOSENSE highlighted its full-spectrum mixed-signal ecosystem designed for 1MW+ high-frequency racks. As AI architectures evolve into the Rubin era, rack power is pushing past 1MW, forcing PSUs to adopt 800V HVDC and advanced liquid-cooled designs. Drawing on its automotive-grade technical foundation, NOVOSENSE delivers a cohesive package of isolation, driving, sensing, and real-time control MCUs that eliminate system bottlenecks.

To meet the demands of 800V architectures, NOVOSENSE targets high-voltage insulation and high-speed responsiveness. Its top-tier digital isolators utilize third-gen capacitive tech and OOK modulation, achieving 150kV/μs CMTI and sub-15ns delays. Gate drivers feature intelligent integration, including negative-voltage shutdown for GaN, while its Hall-effect sensors deliver 2MHz bandwidth and 50A/100A current handling in compact footprints. The NS800 MCU matrix anchors the system, providing dual 400MHz M7 cores and 40 sampling channels for the precise, high-speed loop control required by complex multi-phase power modules.

From primary rectification to on-board IBC, NOVOSENSE offers a complete, highly reliable chip-selection roadmap. By integrating auxiliary components like hot-swap controllers and temperature sensors into a unified solution, the company enables engineers to achieve cutting-edge power densities of 2000W/in³, setting a new standard for sustainable, high-efficiency data center power in the AI era.
