Recently, ChargerLAB received a Zhuofeihang 65w Card-like GaN charger solution provided by Bogrun Intelligence. It has a card-like ultra-thin appearance with USB-A and USB-C ports. As an advanced solution achieved with GaN technology, its power density reached 1.89 W/cm³. Next, let me introduce this charger to you.
The housing of this charger adopts electroplating spraying process with a celebration logo. It should be a customized souvenir.
Unlike a typical charger, it adopts a flat design, similar to a biscuit and even thinner than a pack of playing cards.
The input prongs on the back can be folded, which can easily be put into your pocket when you go out.
In terms of performance, it's equipped with a USB-A and a USB-C port. And it has different strategies under different voltages.
For example, at 200-240V, the USB-C supports 65W PD fast charging while the USB-A supports 30W fast charging. Andat 100-130V, the USB-C supports 45W PD fast charging, while USB-A supports 30W fast charging. Since those two USB ports share the same circuit, both devices will be limited to 5V when charging two devices simultaneously.

The USB-C can support five fixed outputs of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V2.25A.
And the USB-A only supports three fixed outputs of 5V3A/9V3A/12V2.5A

The ultra-flat design plus the GaN technology make this charger even smaller. We picked up the Apple 61W charger and plugged two chargers into the same power strip. We can see the huge differences between those two chargers of the same power.
The size of this charger is about 43.18 × 80.2 × 9.91 mm (1.7 x 3.16 x 0.39 inches), and the weight is about 60.1g (2.12 oz). Its volume is 34.31 cm³ and the power density is up to an amazing 1.89 W/cm³ (based on 56W).
Based on the co-packaged GaN IC Elevation HL9550FN08, Bogrun has developed such a third-generation planar transformer technology with independent patent, providing a maximum switching frequency of 200 kHz.
The ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM002C shows it supports five fixed PDOs of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, 20V3A, and a set of PPS of 5-11V3A.
We also tested the supported fast charging protocols. The USB-C supports the most common fast charging protocols, such as PD3.0, QC3.0, AFC, FCP, Apple 2.4A, etc.
And the USB-A port supports QC3.0, AFC, FCP, and Apple 2.4A.
In the charging test for an iPhone 13 Pro Max, it can successfully trigger the 9V PDO, reaching the device's maximum charging power of 25.95W (8.88V, 2.92A).
In the charging test for a MacBook Pro 16 inches, it can successfully trigger the 20V PDO, reaching the device's maximum charging power of 58.55W (19.72V, 2.96A).

The Zhuofeihang 65W Card-like GaN Charger adopts a flat design, which is significantly different from conventional chargers in appearance. It's equipped with foldable prongs to reach the amazing power density of 1.89 W/cm³.
