Founded in February 2006, Shenzhen Shounuoxin Electronics Co., Ltd. is a professional car charger manufacturer of 15 years.

To meet the demands for high-power car chargers, Shounuoxin launched two 65W and 45W GaN car chargers with high performance and mini size.

The new Shounuoxin GaN car charger is made of aluminum alloy, with two colors of black and gray and two types of power of 65W and 45W. It's only 40mm (1.57 inches), and the diameter of the output panel is 23mm (0.9 inches), which is very small after inserting into the cigarette lighter.

It has a yellow USB-C PD fast charging port, supporting 65W or 45W output, and a USB-A fast charging port, supporting 22.5W multi-protocol fast charging. The USB-A port uses a high-current receptacle with lower resistance and a safer temperature.

There are the specifications of the 65W GaN car charger:

Input: 12-24V8A

USB-C output: 5V3A / 9V3A / 12V3A / 15V3A / 20V3.25A

USB-A output: 5V3A / 5V4.5A / 4.5V5A / 9V2A / 12V1.5A

USB-C + USB-A output: 5V4.8A

Manufacturer: Shenzhen Shounuoxin Electronics Co., Ltd.

And the specifications of the 45W GaN car charger are:

Input: 12-24V4.5A

USB-C output: 5V3A / 9V3A / 12V3A / 15V3A / 20V2.25A

USB-A output: 5V3A / 5V4.5A / 4.5V5A / 9V2A / 12V1.5A

USB-C + USB-A output: 5V4.8A

Manufacturer: Shenzhen Shounuoxin Electronics Co., Ltd.

The positive and negative pogo pins both use manganese steel and nickel plating to make the car charger not slide out when driving, ensuring the stability of the power supply.

Thanks to the GaN technology, the volume of the car charger has been condensed to a new peak, and the overall width is the same as the slot to insert into the cigarette lighter.

Compared with the Xiaomi 100W car charger, the overall width of the Shounuoxin 65W GaN car charger is almost the same, while Xiaomi's top is wider than the body.

The Xiaomi 100W's top protrudes almost half of the car charger, while the Shounuoxin 65W doesn't protrude much, with nearly all PCBA components inside the body.

The POWER-Z USB Tester shows that, at 14V, the USB-C port supports five fixed PDOs of 5V3A / 9V3A / 12V3A / 15V3A / 20V3A and two PPS of  3.3-11V3A / 3.3-21V3A.

In addition to the PD fast charging, the USB-C port supports FCP, QC3.0, APPLE2.4A and other fast charging protocols.

The USB-A port supports APPLE2.4A, QC3.0, QC2.0, AFC, FCP, SCP and other fast charging protocols.

At 14V, the USB-C port is tested to support 9V PDO when charging the iPhone 13 Pro Max with the maximum power of 9.15V 2.92A 26.8W.

At 14V, the USB-C port supports 15V PDO when charging the iPad Air 5 with the maximum power of 14.79V 2.21A 32.74W.

At 14V, the USB-C port supports 20V PDO when charging the MacBook Pro with the maximum power of 19.65V 3.23A 63.57W.

At 24V, the USB-C port supports 20V PDO when charging the MacBook Pro with the maximum power of 19.72V 3.23A 63.88W.

The test shows that the output voltage is higher than the input voltage, which confirms that the car charger can normally support the output voltage to 15V-20V even in a 12V-14V voltage environment in the car.
