Introduction

JADARD has been a leading player in the fast-charging protocol chip industry for years, offering USB-IF and Qualcomm-certified solutions. The JD6610x series is based on a hardware architecture designed to meet the growing demand for intelligent fast-charging solutions. These chips are widely adopted in travel chargers, power banks, power strips, and wall chargers, gaining recognition from major global brands.

JADARD’s fast-charging chips support various mainstream protocols, including BC1.2, Apple 2.4A, AFC, FCP, SCP, PE, QC5, UFCS, and PD3.0/PD3.1-EPR+PPS. These chips provide intelligent power reduction and constant voltage/current control to meet diverse market needs. With a price of only 0.1x RMB, the JD6610x series offers an affordable way for manufacturers to achieve PD certification, significantly lowering production costs while maintaining high performance.

JD6610B Overview

The JD6610B is a simplified yet highly efficient fast-charging protocol controller supporting a 3A output current. It is compatible with USB PD 3.1 SPR and PPS, along with Huawei’s FCP and SCP fast-charging protocols. Additionally, it supports AFC and Qualcomm QC 2.0/3.0/3+ standards, making it suitable for next-generation USB-C charging applications.
